PEACE RIVER LOGGING IN NORTHWEST ALBERTA
In joining with the Woodland Cree First Nation, Peace River Logging is helping to create economic opportunities for Northwest Alberta’s indigenous populations, as well as those in the surrounding communities. We serve both sawmills and the wood pulp industries throughout Northwest Alberta.
PRLL employs approximately 60 people and contractors to conduct harvesting, chipping, loading, hauling, road maintenance, road construction, and pulp mill landfill & yard maintenance operations throughout Northwestern Alberta. The company harvests and chips hardwood for Mercer Peace River Pulp Ltd. in Peace River, AB., and provides a consistent diet of tree-length sawlogs for the Boucher Bros. sawmill in Nampa, AB., as well as some cut-to-length incidentals for West Fraser over in High Prairie, Alberta.
